About these terms
These terms form an agreement between you and [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] (“Call2Phone”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in [COUNTRY] under company number [NUMBER], with its registered office at [YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS], [CITY, POSTCODE], [COUNTRY].
By creating an account, buying credit or using any Call2Phone service you accept these terms. If you use Call2Phone for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account, including calls made by users you add.
Tell us straight away at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Our services
Call2Phone provides internet-based outbound calling, virtual phone numbers, call handling features and apps for iOS, Android, desktop and web. Features included in each plan are listed on our Pricing page.
We may improve or change features. If a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you at least [N] days in advance and you may cancel without charge.
Pricing and billing
Per-minute rates are published on our International Rates page. Calls are billed as a flat 30 seconds, then per second. We do not charge connection fees.
Plan fees are charged in advance each billing period. Prices exclude [VAT / SALES TAX] unless stated. We give at least [N] days’ notice by email before any rate increase takes effect.
Virtual numbers and porting
Some countries require proof of address or identity before a number is activated; we tell you which ones before you buy. Numbers are allocated by national regulators and remain subject to their rules.
You may port your number to another provider at any time. Porting in is free and usually takes 5–10 working days.
Emergency calls
Call2Phone is not a replacement for a traditional phone line. Emergency calls may not be supported in every country, may not connect if your internet connection or power fails, and may not pass your location to emergency services. Always keep another way to reach emergency services.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend service immediately to stop fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. Service credits for Business and Enterprise customers are set out in [YOUR SLA DOCUMENT]. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Cancellation
You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, with no notice period or exit fee. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Liability
[LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CLAUSE — to be drafted by your legal adviser for your jurisdiction.]
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.
